FIRST WEDNESDAY WORSHIP & MEAL
Wednesday, October 1
Meal at 4:45, Worship at 5:30
Yay, First Wednesday Worship is back this week! Come at 4:45pm for a pizza meal, then stay for a relaxed and family-friendly worship service.
$5 suggested donation for dinner, cash or Venmo.

FREE COMMUNITY MEAL
Thursday, October 2 5:30 – 6:30pm
One of our basic calls as church is to feed our neighbors. On October 2 at 5:30pm, FLC is hosting it’s second open community meal. It's a free simple supper, with a "nothing expected, anything appreciated" donation model. FLC Community members are invited to invite others, share a meal, and be church together. If you're interested in participating, volunteer, or supplying, please contact John Oney or the FLC Office.

PRAYER PARTNER WRISTBANDS are back for the 25-26 program year!
We’re looking for caring adults willing to pray for our students. Every 6th- 9th grade student has a wristband that says, “Love Like Jesus”. They’re wearing one themselves, and they’ve signed another for a prayer partner. We’re inviting adults to take a wristband (or two!) and commit to praying for that student by name. Interested? Use the link below to be added to the list.

NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Sunday, October 5 at 11:45am
Everyone is always welcome at FLC and you do not need to be a member to attend worship, events or classes. Nevertheless, we would love for you to join our community of faith if you’re interested!  At FLC, church is more than just a building. FLC is a community of people that worship together, serve the Lord, share God’s love and support one another.

FLC EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS TEAM
Farmington Lutheran has a variety of procedures in place to respond to emergencies on our property, such as inclement weather, fire, and active shooter events. Volunteers are briefed on these procedures at trainings. Given recent gun violence involving churches in our country, FLC staff and leadership are reviewing and renewing procedures in the unlikely event of such an event here, through an Emergency Preparedness Team. Please pray for wise work to be done, and that there will never be a need for such work, here or anywhere.

TRUNK OR TREAT
Friday, October 24

Last year’s Trunk or Treat welcomed nearly 1,000 people from our community — which means this year we need more decorated cars than ever before! You can decorate your trunk with any fun (family-friendly) theme you'd like. Don’t forget to bring candy or small trinkets to hand out! Church will also be accepting candy and small trinket donations. Label your donation and drop them off in the office anytime.

LITTLE LAMBS VILLAGE
Thursdays at 5:15pm in the Fireside Room
Parents of little ones (ages 0–5, older siblings welcome too!)

Little Lambs Village is gathering Thursday evenings at 5:15 pm! Families with littles are welcome to stop by or drop in (no need to sign up) when it works for your schedule to check out Little Lambs Village. Come for friendly conversation, play time for the littles, fellowship, and a chance to help shape future get-togethers.
