We’re So Close! Just over $57,000!

FLC is thrilled to share that the Signs of Life appeal is nearing our goal of $60,000. Also exciting, is that we have 100% support from the FLC Church Council and Staff.

FLC Call Committee
On Sunday, June 8, FLC installed the Call Committee. We give thanks for their willingness to serve this role and are grateful to the Transition Team for their faithful work getting the process to this step. The Call Committee is chaired by Mike Woody and Melissa Meyer, with Linda Landwehr, Peter Elliot, Maddy Lynch, Megan Johnson and Ron Reierson as members.


CAMP WAPO AND COLORADO TRIP BLESSING
Sunday, June 15 at both services

Seeds Weekend, Camp Wapo and the Colorado trip are almost here! Youth attending any of FLC’s summer adventures are invited and encouraged to come to worship this weekend to take part in a special blessing.
As a congregation, please keep FLC youth and chaperones in your prayers as they take part in these upcoming camps and trips.

COLORADO YOUTH TRIP: FULLY FUNDED!
Thanks to the generosity of FLC, the Senior High trip to Colorado has been fully funded! Our students express their thanks, and excitement, at your support for their upcoming faith-formation camp and service opportunity. 


PUZZLE EXCHANGE
Thursday, June 19 from 12:00-4:00pm
FLC’s monthly puzzle exchange has well over 400 puzzles to choose from. Open to all of Farmington and surrounding community members. Stop by anytime between 12:00pm and 4:00pm and pick up a puzzle.


FOOD ON THE FOURTH

This month the Farmington Food Shelf has requested the following items:
Cereal, Spaghetti sauce, Enchilada sauce, Taco sauce, Snack crackers, Spaghettios, Ravioli, etc., Canned chili, Ramen, Cake mix, Brown sugar, Jello, Soup, Canned peas, Canned corn, Cream style corn, Canned mixed vegetables, Body wash, Deodorant, Kleenex


WOMEN’S MINISTRY ANNUAL GARAGE SALE
June 22-27, 2025
Start saving those gently used and clean items.  The garage sale will be June 22-27. Notice the different dates and times for drop-offs. 
Drop-off dates are Sunday, June 22nd from 11 – 2, and Monday the 23rd 9- 7, Nothing will be accepted after Monday. 
We will NOT be accepting TV’s, stereos, holiday items, water bottles, cribs/car seats, mattresses, CDs, or clay pots.  If you bring large pieces of furniture and it does not sell, you are responsible for taking it back.
