NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION
Sunday, June 7 at 8:30am
Everyone is always welcome at FLC, and you do not need to be a member to attend worship, events, or classes. Nevertheless, we would love for you to join our community of faith if you’re interested!
At FLC, church is more than just a building. FLC is a community of people who worship together, serve the Lord, share God’s love, and support one another. We invite you to come learn more about what it means to be part of the FLC family!

What are your favorite things about Farmington Lutheran?
I felt welcomed and at home the first time we visited and it has not changed. I appreciate the worship experience, being involved in music, council, and the HR ministry team. We are fortunate to have amazing pastors and staff here as well.
Tell us about your family/your dear ones.
I live in Lakeville with my wife Elizabeth, our children Kaiya and Lucas, and our labradoodle Ella.
What is your dream vacation?
I don't know if I have a dream vacation; my list of places I'd like to go is long! I love traveling and seeing new places. I wish I could travel more, but work gets in the way. One of my favorite trips is to a Caribbean beach location to escape the MN winters.
Describe your hobbies or how you like to spend free time.
I enjoy spending time with my family, and outdoor activities. I enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and just being out in nature. I also enjoy reading and some home improvement projects.
What is/was your profession?
I work in Human Resources for Washington County, MN.
What is your favorite holiday? Why?
My favorites truly are Christmas and Easter. I love the music of both holiday seasons and spending time with family.
SUMMER WORSHIP SCHEDULE
Begins Sunday, June 7
9:30am Worship, 8:30am Forum
As the calendar turns through spring and towards summer, FLC is trying a new Sunday rhythm. At the suggestion of FLC members and the approval of Council, we will worship together at a single 9:30am worship service (with live stream) this summer. This will connect worshipers who often worship at different worship times, as well as allow time for fellowship & forum (e.g., Bible study) at 8:30am. This schedule will run from June 7 through August 30.
Set your calendars, and stay tuned for more details!
