NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION

Everyone is always welcome at FLC and you do not need to be a member to attend worship, events or classes. Nevertheless, we would love for you to join our community of faith if you’re interested! At FLC, church is more than just a building. FLC is a community of people that worship together, serve the Lord, share God’s love and support one another.

FOOD ON THE FOURTH- SUPPORTING LOCAL SCHOOLS
Sunday, September 27
This month, Food on the Fourth is collecting food donations to help stock our local school’s snack pantries. In collaboration with school district staff, donated items will get distributed to Farmington elementary, middle and high schools as needed. School staff have shared some ‘most needed and appreciated items’, listed below. You can still grab a green bag from the gathering space to fill and bring back to worship on the 27th. Let’s help ensure all Farmington students are attending school with full stomachs, ready to learn.
Apple Sauce pouches, Veggie Straws, Pirates Booty (Kids love this one), Cheese Its, Skinny Pop Popcorn, Smore or Chocolate chip Granola Bars, Gold Fish, Mac and cheese, juice boxes
FLY NIGHT AT GRANDSLAM
Wednesday, September 30 from 5:30-8:00pm
FLY (6th through 12th graders)! We’re heading to Grand Slam for a night of fun, games, and hanging out—and bring any friends you want!
$15 gets you unlimited access to (almost) everything, plus pizza and a pop.
Wear socks (trampolines!)
Bring a water bottle — it can get warm in there!
Not into the Grand Slam activities? No worries! We’ll have coloring pages, bracelet-making, and keychain-making too. Come hang out, however you want!
TRUNK OR TREAT- A WEEK EARLY!
Friday, October 23 from 5:30-7:00pm
New this year: Trunk or Treat is happening one week earlier! Since Halloween falls on a Saturday, we wanted to spread out the fun and give families an extra week of celebrating. Everyone is invited to join us for an evening full of community and fun!

Trunk or Treat is a favorite community event at FLC, and we’re getting ready to welcome our neighbors for another big night of fun! Last year, we welcomed more than 1,000 trick-or-treaters—and we can’t wait to see how many join us this year!
An event this big takes a lot of helping hands, and we need your help!
- Donate candy! Help us keep those candy buckets full.
- Volunteer the night of Trunk or Treat! We need help with everything from welcoming guests, parking lot help, refilling candy and keeping things running smoothly.
