This year’s Annual Meeting is scheduled for Sunday, January 28 at 11:30 am. Those who are interested in attending in person can join us in the Gathering Space after our second worship service, lunch will be provided.

If you would prefer to join virtually, the meeting will be Livestreamed on our YouTube and Facebook pages. We will be asking all viewers to please share the names of who is participating virtually through the comment sections on both platforms.

Those who are attending the meeting in person will receive paper ballots for voting, and those virtually will vote through an anonymous voting link in the comment section- more information will be shared on this process during the meeting.

As part of the Annual Meeting on January 28, 2024, we will be voting to incorporate ELCA-required updates into our Constitution. These updates are made up of minor language changes to the required ELCA/synod provisions of our constitution and can be viewed via paper copy in the church office or electronically by clicking the image to the right.
